Me & the boys went on a trip to the Valley of Fire State Park. It was gorgeous. While we were there a photographer for the NY Times was taking pictures for an explorer piece.. he took several shots of the boys. It was a nice bonus to an adventurous day.
Well.. my stint as a stay at home mom is going well.....

Ok, the plan... (we wont discuss how many miles were were going to make it a day and what time we were going to stop and the fact that at 1am we were sleeping ON the road in Wyoming because of an accident....).

Illinois wasn't too bad.. good pic for scrapping. The sign was down because of construction but it was carved into the bridge.. and with the penske truck under it.. great shot! go me!
Ok.. so the trip out was not the "Let's explore America!" like I wished it was.. it was a lets just get there as fast as we can trip. Not too bad though.. I did realize I love Holiday Inn! It was by far the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in..
We got here in a short time.. and over a month later.. are still not unpacked!! I wont make this post a long one.. but will include other posts with pics.. which is all anyone cares about isn't it?
