Day 7 #weekinthelife and I'm done with this #101things

Yay me! I can cross another thing off my 101 Things list. I completed a week in the life. I let it fit my days and did it the way I wanted to do it this time. I did learn a few things about myself and my habits so I'll share:
I don't take enough photos (ok so not new news but reinforcement)
I take more pictures of Keagan & Zachary BUT there's a reason.. they are at my ankles 90% of the day and just easier to snap them then to go hunt down the older two for a photo... I need to make a better effort.
Although my life isn't exciting in the summer, I would like to do this during a school week and make more effort to document things that reflect the times. Names of stores, names of doctor's we go see etc.

In the end I do love my pages and am so glad I got to get artsy and making pages every day made me want to make more pages, that is awesome.

Oh I'm getting so excited after I get to scrap tonight I'll be able to mark off on of my 101 things .. more on what this "thing" taught me with that final page later. For now here are days 4, 5 & 6

Yeah, yeah it's 2 days later but it'd done :) I also have pics printed from yesterday and making a better effort to take MORE today :)

So I made a list of the things I want to put on my daily pages, not all on every page but just to pick a few each day. They are all "Today" statements, like Today dinner was... Today I learned... Then I made a psd template because I was just playing around with PSE. Figured I'd throw it out here if anyone wants to use either the list or the psd file.

I'm going to do it inky-painty style and just print the strips on cardstock and finish the sentences. But this is the general idea of where I'll start with my pages.

Today is Day 1 - are you participating in it? A Week in the Life

I already got up, took a self portrait in the wee hours of the morning and am trying to keep this documenting of my life in the forefront of my brain. Lots of things going on this week so it will be a good slice of life. I really wanted to do an album like a smash book but those are sold out and have been for some time. I think I'll just create my own and it will work just fine. I'll save getting a smash book for December.
